About
Since its inception in the early 1960's, The Pleasant Ridge Historical Commission has endeavored to educate residents about the unique historic quality of the homes within the boundary of their city.
The historical commission is currently composed of nine appointed commissioners. They meet once a month in the Historical Museum, located behind city hall. Projects include community education about preservation and history, an annual home and garden tour highlighting the historic homes of our city, data preservation, and manning the museum during monthly open hours.
