Speaker Series

On January 26, 2012, the Pleasant Ridge Historic Commission will host its annual Speaker Series at the Community Center, starting at 7 pm. This year's speaker is Dale Gyure, a professor at Lawrence Tech, who will speak on various architectural styles within Pleasant Ridge. Dale spoke a few years ago in the Series and was very well received. He plans to highlight a few homes in the city to provide insight on characteristics and relevance to the era and neighborhood.
